This Privacy Policy applies to the services of LOOPREMIUM, including the LOOPDRAMA mobile application, the website, software, functionalities, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is provided and operated by LOOPDRAMA STUDIOS, Lda., with headquarters at Avenida do Atlântico, nº 16, office 2.01, Parque das Nações, 1990-019 Lisbon, registered with the Commercial Registry Office of Salvaterra de Magos, under the unique registration number and corporate entity 519 187 687 (hereinafter "LOOPREMIUM", "we" or "our").

We recognize that your privacy is important. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data, as well as your rights as a data subject, under the terms of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

This Policy applies only to data collection and processing activities carried out within our Platform. It does not apply to third-party websites/apps, even if accessed through links on the Platform. Purposes: To send promotional communications and offers (where applicable).
